Patrick J. Caruso I President & CEO

Pat began his real estate career working as a broker for his father-in-law Donald Sheridan in 1973 and has been running the company since the late 90's. He has a passion for Chicago real estate and its rich history that he brings to every deal. His current and past clients are the lifeblood of the firm and include some of the most notable Chicago-based companies like: McDonald’s Corporation, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Wintrust Financial Corporation. Prudential Insurance Company, Chicago Catholic Archdiocese, and SEIU Local #1.

Pat is a past President and currently serves as a Director with the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA) as well as a Director of Northbrook Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank.

Michael P. Caruso I Vice President

Michael joined the family business in 2006 and has been instrumental in brokerage transactions valued at over $200 Million.

Michael is a well-rounded real estate professional who has been on all sides of the deal. He balances his time overseeing the property management operations and brokerage while keeping an eye out for investment opportunities in the market. He has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

John Sheridan I Chairman

John received his first paycheck from the company from his father and company founder Leo J. Sheridan in 1952. Since then he has contributed immensely to its success. John is actively involved in the property management and brokerage for long-standing clients in the north suburban submarket.

Miraya Vlacho I Vice President

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Vlacho has been involved in the successful marketing, leasing, development, acquisitions/dispositions of properties valued in excess of $840 million providing strategic investment management solutions to minimize risk and create wealth for clients. Ms Vlacho started her career with JMB Realty Corporation.
